Shipping & Exchange

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products locally in Singapore.

For in stock products:

We will deliver the product within 2 days upon receiving the orders. Typically local delivery time will be 2 - 5 business days within Singapore.

For pre-order products:

Awa bedding series will take about 4 weeks to deliver.

Other pre-order products will take about 2 weeks to deliver.

Once we have received the pre-order products from Korea, local delivery time will be 2 - 5 business days within Singapore.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Be sure to check the product for any abnormalities after purchase. Exchanges and returns are not possible if:

  • Change of mind.

  • It is not a product defect. 

  • The product is damaged while opening the box.

  • The product is damged due to washing.

  • There is dust or dirt residue after washing.

  • The product shrinkage after washing. 

  • The product is damaged due to the use of the dryer.

Exchange can only be done if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. We will provide an 1 to 1 exchange. Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

For any wrong or missing item, please contact us. We will arrange to deliver the correct or missing item and retrieve the incorrect item at our cost.
