Mooroo Series:
Cotton

1. Can be machine wash.
2. Can be wash or sterilize at high temperatures water.
3. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Recommended to use baby safe detergent.
4. Be sure to use washing net to protect the fabric from damage.
5. Recommended to use delicate/wool washing course to maintain softness.
6. For spinning, use general spin to remove moisture.
7. Can use dryer however shrinkage may occur. Recommended to spin and hang dry.

Bamboo

1. Can be machine wash.
2. Do not wash or sterilize at high temperature water greater than 40°C.
3. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Recommended to use baby safe detergent.
4. Be sure to use washing net to protect the fabric from damage.
5. Recommended to use delicate/wool washing course to maintain softness.
6. For spinning, use general spin to remove moisture and hang dry.
7. Do not use dryer.

Be sure to check the product for any abnormalities after purchase. Exchanges and returns are not possible if:

• Change of mind.
• It is not a product defect. 
• The product is damaged while opening the box.
• The product is damged due to washing.
• There is dust or dirt residue after washing.
• The product shrinkage after washing. 
• The product is damaged due to the use of the dryer. 

Exchange can only be done if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. We will provide an 1 to 1 exchange. Defective items can be exchanged within 7 days of purchased, but must be returned in an unused condition, in their original state and packaging.
