We understand that baby's skin is delicate so we ensure that there is no chemical bleaching or fluoresce is used in the production process for all our products. For regular cotton series, Mooroo uses only 100% natural cotton from unpolluted source in Korea which is good for regular use. For premium cotton series, Mooroo uses only outstanding natural cotton which is softer, finer and last longer than regular cotton. You can see and feel the difference so does your baby. For the organic series, Mooroo uses only natural Organic certified source in Korea. The cotton grows naturally until matured and spun into threads to make clothings. From the source to the manufacturing process, Mooroo guarentee that there is no external pollution or chemical used. They have provide us with the Organic cetifications and will be availble upon request. For bamboo series, Mooroo uses state of the art fiber extraction process to produce Bamboo fiber. Bamboo fiber feels better than premium cotton as they are softer and finer thread count makes them last more longer. It drys faster than cotton and have antibacteria properties which make them suitable for indoor drying. For BabyBro series, Wipes are Made with 100% Korean cotton. Packaging, sterilization and boxing are done in Korea. For Awa bedding series, Outer covers are sewn by professional seamstress with 100% Korean cotton. Inner fillings are made with hypoallergenic microfiber (Bolster and Moon cushion) and 100% USA cotton (Round Rug). For Awa aqua sun cap, Made with KC certified waterproof polyster material with SPF 50+. For ForB diaper bag, Made with CORDURA ECO-Friendly waterproof fabric. For Laho Play Mat series, Structure is Made with 100% child safe waterproof fabric that repels liquid, Side wall is made of light weight by sturdy polyster plastic. For Mangojay series, sewn by professional seamstress with KC mark certified 100% cotton. The colorful dyes will not fade or run during wash.

Be sure to use washing net to protect the fabric from damage. Recommended to use delicate/wool washing course to maintain softness. For spinning, use general spin to remove moisture. Can use dryer however shrinkage may occur. Recommended to spin and hang dry. Bamboo Can be machine wash. Do not wash or sterilize at high temperature water greater than 40°C. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Recommended to use baby safe detergent. Be sure to use washing net to protect the fabric from damage. Recommended to use delicate/wool washing course to maintain softness. For spinning, use general spin to remove moisture and hang dry. Do not use dryer. Awa Bedding Series: Cover Can be machine wash. Do not sterilize at high temperatures water. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Recommended to use baby safe detergent. Please note that color transfer and shrinkage may occur if soaked in water for a long time. Separate the cover and inner fillings and wash separately . Be sure to put the covers in the washing net and wash the cover with the zipper completely closed. Recommended to use delicate/wool washing course. For spinning, use general spin to remove moisture. Do not use dryer. Spin and hang dry only. Inner fillings Can be machine wash. Hand washing is recommended. Do not sterilize at high temperatures water. Do not use chlorine-based bleach. Recommended to use baby safe detergent. Do not use spin dry or use dryer. Squeeze dry by hand and hang dry only.

All the products that is sold by us, we will warranty against manufacturer defects before use by 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please inspect the product before use. Exchange will not be possible if the product is used or washed.
